Enforce a consistent JSX boolean value style. Passing true as the boolean
value can be omitted with the shorthand syntax.
Invalid:
const foo = <Foo isFoo={true} />;
const foo = <Foo isFoo={false} />;
Valid:
const foo = <Foo isFoo />;
const foo = <Foo isFoo={false} />;
